Get the benefits of personalized training with the added perk of group motivation!  Our small-group circuit training classes run in 6 week sessions.

 Programing is designed to help you build lean muscle, burn calories and improve bone health while emphasizing proper weight training techniques.

Through strength training you will see improvements in muscle definition, balance, mobility and stamina as we take your fitness to the next level.

Each class builds on the last and is appropriate for every age & level of fitness.

Yin Yoga

​​​​​Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice where poses are held for extended periods to gently stretch deep connective tissues, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation.

Roll & Recover

Roll & Recover is a restorative class that blends foam rolling, mobility exercises, and stretching to help release tension, improve flexibility, and support muscle recovery. 

 

Ideal for all fitness levels, this session promotes relaxation while enhancing movement quality

Women's Lift Heavy Series

The Summer Lift Heavy Series is a 6 week class designed for women 35+ who want to look and feel their best through customized strength and hypertrophy training.

 

Whether you’re looking to maintain the progress you’ve made during the school year, build new healthy and sustainable habits, or simply challenge yourself in a supportive community, this series is for you!

Please Note: This class is not available for drop-in as we are focused on measurable progress from week to week.

Pilates / Yoga Flow

Start your morning off with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core.

Tamara is my favorite of all favorites for Aqua aerobics.  I wish she would teach every day of the week.  At my age sometimes it seems like I'm having one surgery or hip replacement after another and Aqua class is the only class I can really get a full workout in.  I love her playlists and she has so much energy!  Oh, to be young again!
