Day 1
Flight Arrivals
Welcome to Belize! After your travels we will begin unwinding with a breath work session, welcome dinner under the stars and a night swim in the beautiful Caribbean waters.
Day 4
Explore Belize!
Choose your favorite way to Recharge! Early Morning Beach Bootcamp followed by a Vinyasa Flow will set us up nicely for a morning of self care. Morning workshops will incorporating somatic movement, breath work & playfulness to reset your nervous system while releasing stress, anxiety & trauma.
Afternoon options could include a bike ride to Hopkins Village, a visit to Mayan Ruins, SCUBA diving, Playing beach Bocce, napping in a hammock or anything else that helps you recharge.
Day 2
Workshops & Beach Day
Settle In & Recharge: Optional Sunrise HIIT, Yoga on the dock & breath work by the ocean. We'll dive into self-care with our first morning workshops.
Enjoy an afternoon of paddle boarding, connecting with other women or swaying in the hammocks.
We'll wind down at night with Yin Yoga & beach walks.
Day 5
Snorkel the Barrier Reef
Discover Belize underwater! Snorkel Hol-Chan channel, Shark Ray Alley, Coral Gardens, and the northern Channel (often sightings of manatee!) before heading to an island for 1-2 hours to explore and have lunch.
Spend the evening connecting with friends & enjoying a shared meal.

We'll finish our day right with restorative Yin yoga & closing ceremonies.
Day 3
Adventure & Meditation
Cave Tubing & Jungle Hikes! Explore Belize's jungles & river systems while floating past stalactites, stalagmites, and sparkling calcium deposits. Breathe in the fresh, tropical air as we watch for wildlife on our jungle hike.

After an afternoon or relaxing, swimming or trying a spa treatment, we'll gather for an open air group dinner. Then wind down with a floating meditation under the stars.
Day 6
Goodbyes
Don't Miss The Views!
We'll enjoy one more sunrise yoga & breath work session before departing ways. Hop on the little commuter plane and don't forget to check out the views from the 15 min. flight to the Belize City Airport.
